Nanotechnology in the News
    1. Find two newspaper or popular magazine articles that relate to nanotech or nanotechnology. For this assignment look for information in print written for the general public. Please exclude references with fewer than about 750 words since they will be harder to evaluate.

      Try Lexis-Nexus Academic Universe and click on Search the News (lower left.)
      Try EBSCO Newspaper SourcePlus and set publication type to Magazines and Newspapers.
      Try World News Connection for translated and English language news and information from non-U.S. media sources.
      Academic ASAP, Expanded is a good source for academic information but most entries are the wrong scope for this assignment.

      2. Another possibility is to go directly to an individual publication
      The Guardian
      The New York Times
      The Huffington Post
      Los Angeles Times
      Chicago Tribune
      Science Daily

    2. Evaluate their likely reliability (See Evaluating Sources.) Should we believe what they tell us? Why or why not? This assignment does not require you to summarize their content! Write a paragraph for each and attach one printed page of the original article. Feel free to refine the evaluation criteria but be prepared to share your reasoning.

    3. Include a complete citation for the source.
